More Opportunities For Youth in Upcoming India Leading to More Employment Levels

It has always been quite difficult to get selected for a particular job due to the increasing competition in the country. However, at the same time the youth has been getting smarter and intelligent as far as cracking interviews are concerned.

India has experienced quite a lot of change in the last couple of years as far as jobs are concerned. With development in the economical conditions in India there have been numerous jobs coming up into different sectors. These sectors have been successful in bringing in more employment into the country in turn leading to lowered rate of unemployment.

Jobs in India have proved to provide greater opportunities to the youth of the country. There have been jobs created in many sectors such as finance, banking, health and care, hospitality, import export, international business, medical field, etc. These also come under the Government and private sectors. Government and private sectors differ in many criteria. The selection process of both varies from one another. Also the package and facilities provided by both differ.

The selection process is quite typical in the government sector due to the level of competition prevailing. The same is not so in the private sector. There is a slight difference as far as the difficulty level is concerned. In the government sector there are written examinations held which are given by eligible candidates all over the country. This is what increases the competition. Each section in these examinations consists of certain weight age in terms of marks whereby a specified number of marks are compulsory to be obtained in order to clear the section and it is also necessary to clear every section. Those who clear these written examinations then qualify for the interview rounds.

In the private sector jobs also there are written examinations which shall be cleared. But the same is not necessary in many organisations. In many there are just a couple of rounds of verbal interviews. There are also group discussions in many. These help the human resource team to be able to identify the best and well interactive candidate out of the lot.

Jobs in India give a huge exposure to their employees in every field. This is so because in India jobs have become more diversified and flexible at the same time. Companies are coming up with better packages which attract more candidates applying for jobs. Due to this the concept of brain drain has become quite less whereby the professionals in India remain in the country and be a part of India's economic development instead of working in any other foreign countries.

Organisations also provide flexibility as far as their female staff is concerned. These days, organizations provide varied facilities to their staff in order to be able to sustain them for longer. This proves to be healthy for organizations in the long run and also maintains a sense of loyalty towards the organization on the part of the employees.
